Por que não lotamos estádios como os europeus?
Brazil is the country of football. But if that's the case, why don't we fill our stadiums like the Europeans do? The truth is, the problem isn't the fans. It's the system. While in Europe fans have predictability, a sense of belonging, and access through season tickets, here in Brazil they face bureaucracy, high prices, and distrust in programs like the fan membership program. The result is simple: a model that charges more, delivers less, and doesn't treat the fan as part of the club. In this video, I explain what really makes the difference between the full stadiums in Europe and the empty ones in Brazil. And why our model needs to change if we want to fill every game of the season.
