Art Project: Seashell Zentangle - Grades 4-5

In this tutorial, you will learn about Zentangle, or the art of making pictures using strings and tangles. I will share a few tangles to fill in your shapes, whether you decide to make a seahorse, a bird or a seashell drawing. You always have the option to leave your artwork as a simple black and white line drawing or add color with pencils and watercolors. Reference book: Zentangle for kids, by Jane Marbaix. Materials: Drawing paper (9 x 11), black Sharpie in fine point and ultra fine point. Optional: pencils or watercolor pencils, pan watercolors. Medium size and small size paintbrush.
