Navy ODS - Week 1 Recap (Making Mistakes, Keeping a Clean Rack, and Remaining Calm)
The first week at Navy ODS was all about making mistakes, keeping calm, and working as a team. I have been a college professor since 2005 (starting my career at Sam Houston State University) and I had to transition from an environment where you succeed alone (a university) to an environment where you succeed as a team (the military). When I finished ODS and transitioned back to campus, I realized it was a harder transition than I anticipated. I was focused on the success of the team instead of individual faculty members, but that is another video... Enjoy Week One! Please let me know if you have any questions. I am happy to help! *** @drjtedwards Dr. Jennifer T.
