The Infinite Bliss Meditation Club is a great place to learn meditation with other friendly and like minded people. We meet weekday mornings at 7:00am and evenings at 7:00pm. Morning meditation sessions are about 10-15 minutes. Short and to the point. Aimed at people with busy lives that don't have time to chit chat and gossip, but who need focus and a clear mind to power through their busy day. Evening meditations are a little more relaxed and slow paced, where the focus is on relaxing and releasing all the stress from the day so we can allow our bodies to heal and stop ourselves worrying about tomorrow. It's a great reset. But the greatest power of the meditation club is that you meet at a consistent time every day and are a little more accountable. So that helps you progress quickly with meditation and get over many of the frustrations much more easily.
