in this 45 minute full body workout we will use a theraband or a resistance band to strengthen the core, tone the gluts, work the arms, open the shoulders and stretch the legs. it will leave you feeling stronger, longer and more flexible. i'm using a theraband and a resistance band just to save time on tying the knot, but all you need is a theraband to do this class
