Queensland Rail Electric multiple unit (EMU 59): Central to Northgate (Caboolture train)

Recorded on April 25, 2021 Queensland Rail's electric multiple unit (often referred to as EMUs) were built by Walkers Limited (now absorbed into Downer Rail) with propulsion equipment supplied by ASEA. The first 13 EMUs were delivered in 1979. They are scheduled for replacement, along with the InterCity Express trains (ICE), by the New Generation Rollingstock (NGR). A new guard that does even worse.
