A&E in collusion with the Los Angeles Innocence Project has put out a two-part docuseries called "Scott Peterson: The New Evidence" and in it, the same threesome that appeared at CrimeCon to claim Peterson is innocent of murdering his wife Laci and his unborn son Conner back in 2002 lays out what they deem "new evidence" that proves Peterson should be exonerated. Defense Attorney and legal analyst Chris Pixley, retired LAPD detective Ninette Toosbuy, and Peterson's attorney Mark Geragos, review the case over three hours questioning police bias, police methodology, exculpatory evidence ignored or destroyed, lack of due process and the violation of Peterson's constitutional rights. But it is their claims of new evidence that are the biggest focus of this docuseries. New witness information and analysis of the timeline, new analysis of currants where Laci's body was dumped, new analysis of the age of Conner when his remains were found, new information about other suspects like the burglars across the street and new examination of a burned-out vehicle that could have been involved in the crime and MORE....MUCH MORE! I will analyze the "new evidence" and claims to determine if they have merit and if they have enough merit to get Scott Peterson and new trial or get him exonerated.
