Edit It fails. YT doesn't want to process 1080i into 1080p. I only see 720p and it's been over 12 hours since upload finished. Note: This is neither a guide nor professional gameplay, this is a test! I myself would not, nor recommend anyone else to watch all of it. Testing Youtube straight upload of 1080i (yes interleaved) Hauppuage HD DVR files. 13.5 Mbps VBR Format: m2ts FIlesize: 6.49 GB Length: ~1 hour 16 minutes Seeing as Youtube processes the video back to progressive frames, hopefully it'll be decent quality. I know the 1080p quality of YT last year wasn't that great, but from what I've seen looks a lot better now! Previous experience with rendering interleaved video to progressive, it took forever. For 1080i to 1080p, a 13 minute clip took 5 hours, yes FIVE HOURS to render back into progressive. That clip was done on a laptop, Intel i5 @ 2.40 GHz (2.6 turbo boost which means nothing). As of writing this description, this 1 hour 16 minute video has not hit HD quality, still processing, and it has been over 5 hours since upload finished. A progressive video of this length would have been finished processing long ago. Okay it's been over 12 hours and they still have no 1080p. I guess YT doesn't want to process that much. Derp.
