EPISODE #183 Topping up the Sand & Levelling Soil

WOW more rain!!! Although it is very much needed and appreciated, this rain in currently not being our friend, and we need to get the deficiencies completed for the beach area. Jason has been promising since last year to come and complete the deficiencies but that day has not yet come. It was later changed to early spring as they ran out of time last year, but here we are, and still the deficiencies are outstanding. Jason, did drop off a truck load of sand this morning indicating that the rain was to stop at 11 a.m. and his worder would be out shortly after. However, if it continues to rain, they will need to postpone, Well, it cleared up as projected, and Jason’s workers came over to work on the deficiencies. They did not finish and will have to come back. But did install this amazing washed beach sand! The latter part of the day, was working on levelling the mound of soil dumped on the left side of the parking lot. It did not seem a lot, but it WAS!!! Yikes, I managed to get it cleared up though and spread out, AND the area looks fabulous!!! Things are beginning to take shape outdoors and I am quite thrilled with that.
