Summer Organ Recital Series Kickoff – July 5, 2026 | Live Pipe Organ Concert

Join us live from the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception on Sunday, July 5th at 6:00 PM ET as we kickoff our annual Summer Organ Recital Series. We welcome David Ball and Emma Whitten of Orange, CA, to kick off the concert series. We invite you to marvel at the Upper Church organs, housing 9,393 pipes from which 157 stops play 12 ranks. The largest pipe of the south gallery, standing at nearly 40 feet, weights close to 900 pounds, while its smallest pipe is no bigger than a simple pencil.
