Same goes for the accommodations by the seaside, on the Baku Boulevard. However, if you stay a few kms away from the center, the accommodations will be cheaper. But there is a huge downside to this. The traffic in Baku is one of the worst I have ever seen. If you dont stay walkable distance to the main street, sights and restaurants, you'll be taking cabs and sitting in traffic forever. You'll never get anywhere. So I strongly urge you to find something close to the Nizami street or Baku Old City.
