ARISE News spoke exclusively to Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari. It's the first interview he's granted since beginning his second term in office more than two years ago. He told us about his worries for different parts of the country - including the northwest which he said was his biggest concern. He says the people there are the same - with the same culture - but despite that they're killing each other. He told us he's given the police and military the power to be ruthless with those behind the insecurity in the region.
