Enzoni - my favourite modern classic cocktail

Download my cocktail recipe app (for free): https://bartend.link/cocktails-by-steve The Enzoni is a cross between a Negroni and a Gin Sour where the sweet vermouth comes in the form of muddled green grapes. An ideal drink to introduce a novice to Campari! First created by Vincenzo Errico whilst tending bar at Milk & Honey, NYC. Vincenzo was trained by the legendary Dick Bradsell (creator of the Espresso Martini). INGREDIENTS 30ml Gin (1 oz) 30ml Campari (1 oz) 22.5ml Lemon Juice (0.75 oz) 15ml Simple Syrup (0.5 oz) 5 White Grapes METHOD 1. Muddle the grapes in your cocktail shaker 2. Add the remaining ingredients 3. Shake with ice 4. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass 5. Garnish with skewered grapes Music by Gurty Beats - Feeling nice: https://gurtybeats.bandcamp.com/track...
