A project launched in 2019, the first phase of 2,300 homes was awarded in 2022 and the second in 2024. Now, the neighborhood is taking shape and services are becoming available. It already has the EMT bus line 8 from Valencia, and everything else will gradually follow: shops, sports, cultural, and leisure centers, and even the largest shopping mall in Spain, called Infinity, which will be completed in 2027. This Smart City neighborhood will feature Smart Home technology in its homes to optimize energy consumption, making it a sustainable neighborhood with a high quality of life. Hopefully, more affordable housing will be planned, as will be the case with Sociopolis, the social housing development project currently under construction in the village of Faitanar, in the southern district, which is very close to this one. Sociopolis will prioritize affordable rentals and offer many more social housing units.
