Jim Hearn is a restless beer can collector. Having built up and then sold beer can collections six times in his life, including buying and selling the same can multiple times for increasingly high prices, he has a unique take on collecting, and his current approach focuses on collecting in pairs. In the few months since I filmed him it appears that he has traded away or sold the majority of the cans in this video. Check back in six months and he may have sold them all and started collecting soda cans! Who knows? He's a poster child for the sentiment that beer can collecting is an illness, and probably an incurable one.
