Review: The JR DSMJ FHSS 2.4GHz RC module and receiver.
Only available from outlets outside of the USA, the JR DSMJ frequency-hopping 2.4GHz module and receivers are an alternative to the more common DSM2 system. In this review, I look at DSMJ and how it compares to DSM2. I also see how it performs when subjected to significant levels of interference. The bottom line: it appears to be significantly more resilient than DSMJ but it is more expensive and lacks some features such as ModelMatch. This was JR's first FHSS product and it will almost certainly be replaced by their new DMSS system which also includes telemetry. Watch for a review on that soon.
