Pour faciliter la compréhension des techniques Morihiro SAITO Sensei faisait toujours référence aux mouvements circulaires qui les composent. Daniel TOUTAIN, élève de SAITO Sensei, a globalisé cette pédagogie sous la forme d'un Kata qui permet une pratique en solo pour maîtriser cet aspect fondamental enseigné par son Maître.
