There's truly something for everyone, and you'll get about 250 cookies from the listed ingredients. First, we have Florentine cookies with a delicious honey-almond layer surrounded by chocolate. Then there are the classic Linzer cookies with jam. In addition, there are cinnamon roll cookies that taste exactly like the original, just in cookie form. My children especially loved these cookies. They immediately grabbed them, and they were gone in no time. Then I made incredibly delicious pistachio rings with white chocolate. I particularly liked the look of these because they're something completely different. Last but not least, there are chocolate-hazelnut cookies filled with a delicious hazelnut cream. To do this, multiply the extra ingredients for the respective cookies by 5, since we divided the dough into five portions beforehand. Depending on the cookie, the listed ingredients will yield approximately 200-300 cookies. For example, if you bake Linzer cookies, you will get fewer cookies overall, as each cookie requires two layers. Florentine cookies, on the other hand, will yield more.
