SpaceX, Tesla Merger A 'Forgone Conclusion,' Says Ross Gerber

Ross Gerber, president and CEO of Gerber Kawasaki Wealth & Investment Management, said that he feels a that a merger to combine SpaceX and Tesla is a 'forgone conclusion' and that he believes its been propping up Tesla's stock as people wait for an opportunity to own SpaceX.
