This one is a special little gem in my tutorial series. “Ievan Polkka” is a famous Finnish folk song with a joyful, dancing character and a melody that many people know from folk performances, covers and internet culture. Bringing this tune to the Native American Style Flute is a fun challenge. In this lesson, I break the melody down into simple phrases so you can learn it at your own pace. Take your time with this one. Start slowly, repeat each phrase, and only speed up when the melody feels natural in your fingers and breath.
