How do you get the skin off red peppers? COOKING TIP - THE EASIEST WAY TO PEEL BELL PEPPERS - PEELING PEPPERS MADE EASY Today, I am sharing the easiest way to peel roasted bell peppers (green and red). I discovered it after years of struggling :) Wash and clean the bell peppers Slice the peppers in a half Place the peppers in a baking tray with the open side down Place the tray in the middle of the oven and set the broiler to high Broil the bell peppers for 15 minutes Take the tray with the bell peppers out of the oven and cover the peppers with a cloth, creating a steam bath Wait for the bell peppers to cool off You should be able to skin the bell peppers very easily.
