Agar video pasand aaye to Like, Share aur Channel ko Subscribe karna na bhoolen. ❤️ Ingredients: 1 Cup Suji (Semolina) 1 Cup Buttermilk ½ tsp Cooking Soda Salt to taste 1–2 tbsp Oil For Tempering: 1 tsp Oil ½ tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai) 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds (White Til) Curry Leaves Method: Mix suji, buttermilk, salt, and oil. Rest the batter for 10–15 minutes. Add ½ tsp cooking soda and mix gently. Pour the batter into a greased plate and steam for 15–20 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into triangle pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add rai, white sesame seeds (white til), and curry leaves. Let them splutter. Add the triangle pieces and shallow fry on both sides until light golden and crispy. Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy! 😋
