But it can be an entry point to self-reflection: what emotions were I experiencing yesterday, what options were open to me, and where I don't see a beneficial or useful solution. If you had a dream at night or in the morning, immediately dictate it in as much detail as possible. Don't begin a lengthy interpretation at night: it's better to save the dream and return to it after waking up. In the morning, add the context of the previous day: events, emotions, doubts, options, reasons for your actions or inactions. Ask the AI to analyze your dream as a source of self-reflection, internal conflict, associations, and expanded options. Don't accept the answer automatically. Check what's truly useful, realistic, and suits you. The main goal of such an analysis isn't to find the "one right" answer. The goal is to increase variability: to see more ways to act, to reach an agreement, to maintain respect for yourself and others, to choose not out of fear, but out of an understanding of the consequences. In the video, I specifically emphasize an important distinction: a dream shouldn't become an external authority. It can illuminate a topic, but then you need to work with the context. What happened yesterday? Where were your doubts? What emotions were overlooked? Which course of action seems scary, although in fact, it may be normal? This analysis helps you not "guess your fate," but to recognize your own associations and limitations. In this process, the AI is a useful interlocutor for a rough analysis. You can give it a dream, a description of the day, emotions, doubts, and ask it to show several possible hypotheses: where is the internal conflict, where is the incorrect association, where do I see too few options. But it's important not to turn AI into a new boss. The answer must be read critically: what works, what doesn't, and what the consequences of each decision will be. This approach can be useful if you're looking for a practical way to work with dreams, want to record your dreams for self-reflection rather than "for the drawer," or are trying to understand why you're recurring to the same scenario in real life. This is especially true in situations where everything seems normal on the surface, but inside you feel like you want to live differently. An important point: AI can make mistakes. People can make mistakes too: psychologists, psychotherapists, advisors, friends. Therefore, in this approach, you shouldn't give the wheel to either a human or an algorithm.
