They Poured George Washington’s Sword—Then Tried to Break It (Cast in Steel — Episode 2)

Cast in Steel — the competition where minds meet METAL. To take on this year's challenge, we have George Washington's sword: a test of creativity, design, and raw skill. Each week you'll meet different teams from across the country as they're challenged to design, cast, and ultimately put their creations to the test — fighting through a grueling qualifying round and hoping their cast swords won't break. In this second episode, teams from Michigan Tech, Trine University, the University of Northern Iowa, the University of Tennessee (Knoxville), the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Cal Poly Pomona, Grand Valley State University, and Instituto Tecnológico de Saltillo compete to see which of them will make it to the finals.
