Cómo identificar una estafa? ... lo que me pasó a mi🧐

Real Call or Scam? Lately, there's been increasing talk of scams via phone, WhatsApp, text messages, and fake links that seem completely legitimate. Every day, news reports surface about people who have fallen victim to these kinds of deceptions, and that's why I've learned to be very wary when it comes to sharing my personal information. In this video, I'll tell you about an experience I had with a call that was supposedly from Claro Uruguay. They offered me a better plan for a small increase in the monthly cost, which at first seemed perfectly normal. However, I started to get suspicious when they began asking for personal information to verify my identity. I decided to politely end the call and told them that if I was interested in changing my plan, I preferred to do it directly at a Claro office. Afterward, I called the company to confirm if they actually make these kinds of calls, and they explained that yes, they do sometimes verify customer information. I'll also tell you about a strange situation that happened to me a while ago with my Prex card, when an unexpected negative balance appeared and I ended up losing money without understanding exactly what had happened. I prefer to seem suspicious rather than become a victim of fraud. In a world where it's increasingly difficult to distinguish what's real from what's fake, caution is always wise. 👉 Has anything similar happened to you? 👉 Have you received calls or messages that seemed suspicious?
