We met at a World Football League game at the Liberty Bowl Stadium in Memphis, Tennessee, on the night of August 2, 1975. I was teaching school at the time, but I also worked part-time at the MidSouth Coliseum and worked part-time as a hostess in the press box for the Memphis Southmen Grizzlies.
