DIY Gluten Free Disneyland Churros

Follow along step by step as we make gluten-free Disneyland Churros! —————————————————— ✨DIY Gluten Free Disneyland Churro✨ 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon plus 1 cup organic sugar or granulated *½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise or 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup milk 1/4 c water 6 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 cup all-purpose gluten free flour ( I use Bobs Redmill cup for cup) 3ish large eggs Vegetable oil (for frying; about 12 cups) Melt Butter, water, milk and salt in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add in flour and salt. Mix until no lumps of flour remain in the mixture and a film forms on the bottom of the pan. Pour into mixer bowl with paddle attachment. Mix on low until the bowl is warm but not hot. Mix in one egg at a time. Add in vanilla. Put into piping bag with 824 tip. Either pipe desired length onto a parchment lined sheet tray and pop into the freezer until frozen and can be picked up. OR you can pipe into the oil directly. Heat oil to 350. Pipe churros into the hot oil and fry until golden brown in both sides. Take out of oil and toss in the cinnamon and sugar mixture! Enjoy!
