Virtual wards enabled by technology: hospital-level care for people in their own home

Virtual wards allow patients to receive care, monitoring and treatment, enabled by technology, in their own home, rather than going to hospital. Support may also involve face-to-face care from multi-disciplinary teams based in the community. This film is about the virtual ward at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
