Dejé de desperdiciar espacio: así optimizaré mi invernadero al máximo en la minigranja.ar 👨‍🔧

Learn to design your own mini farm 👉 https://www.minigranja.ar/mini-granja Today we faced one of those tough decisions of the year: dismantling the greenhouse that took so much effort to build. But not to abandon it, rather to give it maintenance and a redesign that transforms it into what we call a multifunctional element. In this video, I'll show you how, in a single greenhouse, we'll have four highly productive raised beds for vegetables, a protected space for quail, and a permanent spot for mushroom production. All in Wicking Bed-type pots connected to a vermiponic system, which is ideal for much of Argentina and for those with limited space or poor soil. I'll also share how we plan our crops over time. I'll also show you how the outdoor garden is coming along with vetiver mulch, the leaf lettuce we're already harvesting, and how the loofah, the vegetable sponge, fared in this cold and damp weather. Learning to design multifunctional systems and spaces is part of the Mini Farm Design Course. If you'd like to design your own, here's a special discount code: use the code QUIERO at checkout for a 25% discount. If you're in Argentina, you can also pay in three interest-free installments. 📌 All the info you need to join: 🌱 Mini Farm Design Course → https://www.minigranja.ar/mini-granja (Code: I want 25% discount) 📋 Growing Fact Sheets (free) → https://www.minigranja.ar/fichasdecul... 💬 PermaClub (community) → https://cursos.permaculturaholistica.... 0:00 Starting to take things apart 0:21 The loofah: the vegetable sponge we cultivate 1:23 Why you have to clear the greenhouse 1:50 The difficult moment: harvesting the tomato that's still producing 2:29 Acclimating the loofah year after year 3:08 Looking for seeds for next season 4:39 Cutting back the cherry tomato plant to plant cabbages 6:37 The redesign: a research project 7:24 Why We're eliminating two raised beds 7:49 High-yield raised beds in pots (without soil) 8:30 Quail and mushrooms in the same greenhouse 9:43 Inside tour: what goes in each raised bed 11:38 Day two: the outdoor garden with vetiver mulch 12:46 Harvesting leafy greens: lettuce without pesticides 14:00 Spinach, cauliflower, and the slug problem 15:04 Why the greenhouse yields up to 3 times more 16:06 Transplanting: Wiking Bed self-watering pots 17:10 Excess nitrogen and which plants benefit from it 17:28 Improving clay soil: perlite and coconut fiber 18:49 Transplanting cabbages step by step 20:52 Intercropping: cabbage + lettuce + arugula + radish 22:32 Planning your space over time 23:29 Why Design determines whether your mini farm works 24:00 Multifunctional elements (and the course) 24:51 The complete redesign: vegetables, quail, and mushrooms 25:03 Discount code QUIERO (25% off) 25:28 Certification for participants 25:58 Surprise: Free PermaClub for all participants 27:44 Closing remarks and farewell #minifarm #permaculture #vegetablegarden #greenhouse #foodsovereignty
