Dream Bay Hotel Review, Gagra, Abkhazia. February 2026! This hotel disappointed me with its food 😔 The hotel itself is new and beautiful, reminding me of a malachite box. The rooms are quite adequate, and most have a beautiful view. Cons: there's no water, tea, coffee, or sugar in the rooms. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but considering the all-inclusive bar opens at 1:00 PM, coffee is only available at breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This was inconvenient for me, as I like to get up in the morning and get coffee without going to breakfast. So, I once came for coffee at the end of breakfast at 9:55 AM, but the chef himself threw me out—that's the honor I deserved. ❗️The food at the hotel is a weak point. The same dish is served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until you finish it, and if you don't, they'll make you a new one 🙈 In front of us, they chopped up some terribly unsightly liver, which no one took, and put it on a cutlet covered with cheese. Another incident: some strange pea porridge, which no one took, was wrapped in dough, resulting in something like samsa (they wrote that it had egg), but when they opened the "pie," they found this green mush. They also mixed up a delicious compote: a tasty one made with dried fruit (they had it once) was mixed with some tasteless citrus fruit when they realized it wasn't popular (it tasted disgusting). And once, they even had a sour salad. I really hope such total savings don't happen during the season! Well, at least because there will be more guests, and they'll have time to eat everything.
