I adore dyeing eggs, baking kulich, and creating a festive atmosphere in my home. Today I'll share my favorite and tried-and-true recipes with you. Enjoy, and thank you for joining me! Easter Kulich. Ingredients: 250 ml milk (room temperature), 10 g yeast, 175 g sugar, 4 eggs, 120 g butter, 600 g flour, 0.5 tsp salt, vanilla, 100 g raisins. For greasing: 2 egg whites (refrigerated), 100 g powdered sugar or sugar, colored sprinkles, lemon juice. Prepare the raisins: soak them in warm water for 30 minutes and drain. Make the dough: dissolve the yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour in warm milk (30-35 degrees Celsius), stir until smooth and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Beat the eggs at room temperature, add salt, sugar and vanilla. Pour in the dough and mix gently. Gradually add 2/3 of the flour, knead, then add soft butter and knead for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the raisins, then add the remaining flour. Cover and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. Then knead the dough and leave to rise again. Divide the dough into the molds (filling the molds 2/3 full) and leave to rise again. Place in a preheated oven at 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 175 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for about 35-45 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer. For the glaze, take 2 egg whites from the refrigerator, add salt, and beat with a mixer, gradually adding sugar. Finally, when stiff peaks form, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Festive Cake Ingredients: For the cake layers: 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 0.5 can condensed milk, 2 teaspoons baking soda. Cream: 1 can condensed milk, 300 g butter. Glaze: 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon butter. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Beat the eggs with sugar, add baking soda, and then carefully fold in the sour cream and condensed milk. Gently fold in the flour a little at a time. Let stand in a warm place for 20 minutes. Bake two layers. While still warm, spread the cream on top of each other. Top with glaze.
