I release that video for my brother Neal in Cleveland. but i think it can help if you need to replace the skin of your nyabinghi drum. a half goat skin is enought to replace a repeater of funde drum ( approx~ 25cm diameter) i put the skin in water during 5 or 7 hours minimum. i prepare a block of wood or concrete to put the drum shell on it, and for the legs of the frames (feets) can pass on the sides) i prepare a scissor, rope, a maybe a adjustable key and a plier (can be useful)
