From the air, the entire city of Guigang is completely submerged in a seemingly endless expanse of brownish-yellow water. The once bustling main roads have vanished beneath the surface, and towering lampposts are mostly submerged. The entire city appears lifeless. If the city center is so severely flooded, one can only imagine the dire situation facing villages in lower-lying areas, or even those destroyed by the floodwaters.
