In recent months, I've strayed from having any sort of regular practice routine. In the past week or so, I've started putting one back together. Included, I've been playing Long Tones regularly for the first time in many years. I thought it'd be an interesting experiment to practice a Long Tone series daily for 30 days, to see how it affects my embouchure and my playing, and figure out the best way to approach them.
