Farewell to the layout
Constructed in late 2011 and early 2012, my 4‘ x 6‘ Northeast Corridor themed layout served as a fun place to run trains for over a decade. Sadly the day has come for it to be dismantled. With an impending move i have to say farewell to my thus far longest running layout. While not a large layout by any means, it was a fun layout and also a great learning experience for future ones. All the scenery and track will be reclaimed and used in the next iteration of a Northeast Corridor layout. I hope to begin planning and construction shortly after my move. Thank you to everyone who watched the layout videos over the years, and i am pleased to have seen so many enjoy the fun of running trains. Im looking forward to getting the trains back on the mainline soon. Take care and thank you as always for watching!
