Vintage Avedis Zildjian Cymbals
Here is a video all about the old Avedis Zildjian Cymbals that I use from time to time. They are from the 1940's, 50's and 60's. Here are the sizes and weights of the cymbals in the video 1950's 24" Ride -2900 Grams 1960's 22" Ride -2750 Grams 1950's 20" Ride with rivets- 2120 grams 1940's 13.5" Hi Hats top 550 grams, bottom 740 Grams 1950's 15" Crash 700 grams 1940's Splash 235 grams The kit I am using is a Gretsch Catalina Elite set from the early 1990's. I use this as my portable practice kit as well as a small gigging kit. The sizes are: 16" BD, 12" and 14" toms and a Ludwig 5"x14" Black Beauty snare.
