Noreen's Kitchen Tid Bit: How to Clean and Freeze Fresh Shrimp

Greetings! This morning at 6:00 am my co worker texted me that her friend who is a shrimper had a fresh catch and was I interested in about 20lbs for 2.00 bucks a pound. How could I say no? On the way home I picked it up at her house and brought it home. I thought it would be a good opportunity to show you how I prep fresh shrimp for the freezer so that when I want to use it later, it will taste fresh caught, just like it did when it was pulled from the water earlier today.
