The incident occurred in a housing complex in North Bekasi, Bekasi City, West Java, on Sunday (July 13, 2025). In the circulating footage, the situation escalates as one of the security guards appears to become emotionally aroused. He then throws a punch at the online motorcycle taxi driver with an object. This incident allegedly stemmed from tensions between the online motorcycle taxi driver and the security guard who refused to allow his identification to be confiscated by the security guard before entering the housing complex. It was seen that night that motorcycle taxi drivers, who were dissatisfied with their colleagues' treatment, gathered in solidarity to attack the housing complex guarded by the viral security guard. The purpose of this solidarity was to demand that the security guard apologize to the colleague who was assaulted. To maintain peace, the security guard ultimately apologized.
