#sailing #lifeonboat #adventure #trip Argentina Yacht Club is in the heart of Buenos Aires and we enjoyed this advantage until this weekend. Hundreds of boats went out to sea over the weekend, we couldn't count how many there were. At the beginning of the week, we wandered around the touristic places around the Boca Juniors stadium. From there, we jumped to San Telmo but continued on our way by buying bread. I also took the young people to Plaza de Mayo. We ran from here to there but they were not happy. I couldn't make them happy in any way. In an instant, we sold the stern mount that we couldn't use because it was too big. We sighed. It was pushing too hard where it was, and we were worried that it would loosen up and fall into the sea in rough weather. We got rid of a problem. When Martin and Lucie came to pick up the motor, they gave us their favorite addresses for Fugazzeta, Argentina's famous onion pizza. We suddenly found ourselves at a pizzeria. We overdid this eating. Our cheeks are full now. The next day, we set out to find the ropes we needed to tie the boat to the Patagonian bays. We set out but of course we got lost. We were pretty scared. At the end of the day, we found the place we were looking for but unfortunately we couldn't find the ropes we were looking for. We also spent a full day at Eva Peron's museum. It was a very simple and small museum but it created excitement in us about Argentine history. From there, as a tradition, we went to Recoleta cemetery where Evita is buried. What a cemetery!
