This video is a vlog of a visit to a flea market (Wid Grenier) held in the 14th arrondissement, known as a quiet residential area within Paris. The 14th arrondissement is located at the southern end of the city. Centered around Gare Montparnasse Station in the northwest, the area bordering the 15th and 6th arrondissements is a bustling commercial and tourist district with shopping streets. To the southeast is the Cité Universitaire, a group of student dormitories where many students and researchers reside. Across from Cité Universitaire is Parc de Montsouris, one of Paris' largest parks. This is an area where the bustle of the north and the serenity of the south contrast. The 14th arrondissement flea market had a wonderful atmosphere, and I was captivated by the antique tableware, stylish cutlery, and vintage accessories, as well as finding cute photographs and magazines. My mother is always excited about antique pottery! LOL I was so excited to explore the flea markets the same day I arrived at the airport.
