My recipe for creamy polenta with 3 cheeses and bacon. I grill it to add a crispy texture, like fried polenta. Ingredients: • 250g polenta • 200g smoked bacon • 70g Parmesan • 70g Beaufort • 70g Comté • 2 eggs • 1.5 liters milk • 2 onions • 1 garlic clove Preparation: 1. Sauté the bacon with the two finely sliced onions and the crushed garlic clove. Set aside. 2. Grate the three cheeses. 3. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan. Pour in the polenta in a stream, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. 4. Cook over low heat for five minutes, stirring constantly. 5. Stir in the whole eggs, the bacon-onion-garlic mixture, and the grated cheese. 6. Spread the polenta on a baking sheet and let it cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 7. Using a cookie cutter, cut out several pieces and toast them in a pan with a knob of butter. Thank you for watching this video.
