MIRACLES ON THE ALTAMONT (A Hollister Rally Story) is a true story about a motorcycle ride that didn't go according to plan—but went exactly according to God's plan. What started as a ride to the Hollister Rally came to a stop when my Indian Chief lost its clutch climbing Altamont Pass. After turning around and heading home, the bike mysteriously began working again. Later that day, while riding toward Hollister on another bike, we came across a stranded motorcyclist on I-5 near Santa Nella who needed help. If the clutch hadn't failed... If we hadn't turned around... If our plans hadn't changed... ...we never would have been there. Sometimes what feels like a setback is really God's direction.
