The Julian Hotel: haunted by a kindly ghost
People say that the historic Julian Hotel is haunted. Unlike many other ghost stories, however, this is a tale of a kindly haunting. The ghost of Albert Robinson, creator of the hotel in 1897, still looks after guests in this old wooden building from the Old West age in this mining town high in the Cuyamaca Mountains, just east of San Diego, California.
