Mitsuaki Shiokawa Profile 1972: Graduated from Palmer College, USA. Received the title of D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic). After graduation, he went to Venezuela and established the country's first chiropractic clinic. Recognized by generals and members of parliament, he established himself as a leading figure as a private diplomat. After returning to Japan, he established a chiropractic clinic and school, contributing significantly to the development of chiropractic in Japan. He also established a chiropractic clinic in Brazil and received the "Southern Cross Award" for his substantial contributions to its development. In 1987, he participated in the treatment of the athletes' team as a chiropractor at the Seoul Asian Games, and was recognized by the I.C.A. (International Chiropractic Association) for this work. Currently, as a pioneer of "orthodox chiropractic" in Japan, he continues to be active in many fields, including not only treatment but also training younger generations, lecturing, and appearing on television.
