Located at the East Campus, SOC provides a venue for the presentation of contemporary sculptural works of art. Selected artists are given the opportunity to exhibit their works in an educational setting as part of a program that transforms the East Campus into an exciting extension of the artist’s studio. Each sculpture provides a meaningful point of departure for aesthetic and cultural enrichment. Each work is chosen to inspire the academic and creative discourse inherent to campus life. Sculpture-On-Campus has been raising the profile and recognition of three-dimensional art in Southern Arizona since 2004. It was created to provide local residents and regional art audiences an outstanding and engaging resource for fine arts. It is made possible by a partnership between Arizona three-dimensional artists and Pima Community College. Pima Community College thanks the contributing artists.
