Sonic P-06 but Rings give MORE Speed!

This video showcases the Ring Booster mod for Sonic P-06. In this mod, rings boost your top speed (as well as a handful of other attributes). Your top speed is reduced by 20% at zero rings. Every ring you have increases your top speed by .8%. Mach Speed is scaled differently.
