STI Story: (Episode 2)

Meet Tessa. She is a brave public health professional who is breaking the stigma about sexually transmitted infections (STI's). She contracted chlamydia and HPV from her partners and discusses how this impacted her life. 1 in 2 people contract in STI before age 25. STI rates are the HIGHEST they've ever been in the U.S. There is a negative stigma around STI's preventing people from getting tested and treatment. This stigma also creates a barrier for people to disclose to their partners if they've contracted something.
