I’ve Been Setting BT30 Tools Wrong This Whole Time

I finally fixed the way I’ve been setting BT30 tools — and it should have happened a long time ago. What started as a quick shop project turned into a simple fixture that made tool changes faster, safer, and repeatable. In this video, I design and machine a BT30 tool change fixture from 6061 aluminum to replace my old vise-based setup.
