Stunning Dulce de Leche Cone Cake!! Perfect for those with a sweet tooth!! Dough 250g 0000 Flour / Soft Flour 1 tsp Salt 125g Butter / Butter, cut into cubes, cold 1 Egg 20g Sugar 50ml Milk Place the flour and sifted sugar in a bowl. Add the cold cubed butter. Mix until smooth. Combine the egg, sugar, and milk in a bowl. Mix with the previous mixture to form a dough. Roll out between plastic wrap about 4mm thick. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Once cold, place in a 20cm diameter springform pan. Prick with a fork. Freeze for one hour. Filling 1 Egg 50g Sugar 50g Cream 100g Shredded Coconut Combine the egg, sugar, and cream in a bowl. Add the shredded coconut. Mix well. Place in the cooled tart shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 35 minutes. Assembly 1 kg Pastry Dulce de Leche 500g Semi-Sweet Chocolate Coating With the cooled tart shell, pipe dulce de leche cones. Place in the freezer. Melt the chocolate. Dip the cake into the bowl. Drain well.
