John Hartford’s Litany Every molecule and cell in my entire body, mind, spirit, and soul is absolutely pure and clean, clear and free of all disease, cancer, and sickness like leukemia, Hodgkin’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, bone marrow cancer, AIDS, herpes, stress, strain, anger, worry, fear, and guilt; free of jealousy, impatience, intimidation, self-braggadocio, pretentiousness, and paranoia. I am the king of perseverance, laughter, happiness, creativity, originality and musicality. I have a perfect immune system, nervous system, coronary system, and lymph system.
